• Services are provided "as-is" based on the scope defined in individual corporate contracts.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend access to lab environments to ensure security and operational integrity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, playbooks, frameworks, graphics, and methodology distributed by SphinxCoreTech remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for internal training and operational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

When utilizing our cloud sandbox environments or interacting with our platforms, you agree not to:

• Deploy malicious code, malware, or engage in unauthorized penetration testing.
• Use the provided cloud infrastructure for personal projects, cryptocurrency mining, or illegal activities.
• Share access credentials or licensing keys with unauthorized third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SphinxCoreTech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services or reliance on our training materials. Our training environments are simulated; applying configurations to live corporate environments is done at your own risk.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
